Customers provide protein sequences (protein sequences are subject to pre-project analysis, and exclusions apply to membrane proteins, toxic proteins, and target proteins larger than 1,000 amino acids), and our core will deliver the protein with the amount and purity which were specified by the customers. If we fail on either the amount or purity as specified, there is no charge to the customer whatsoever.
