  • SDS-PAGE and/or Western-Blotting results will be provided to customers.

Expression & Purification

 
  • 2-L Scale Test
  • Expression usually will be done with the optimized conditions in Terrific Broth media.
  • Purification will be done by using affinity chromatography, ion exchange and gel-filtration (SEC) on AKTA Pure system.
