The core delivers customized statistical and bioinformatics support for funded projects, developing methods and software tailored to each study. Training & Education
We are committed to preparing the next generation of scientists in best practices for rigor and reproducibility. In partnership with the Department of Statistics, School of Public Health, School of Medicine, and AgriLife, we offer workshops and webinars on study design, randomization, blinding, batch effects, reproducibility, validation, and authentication. We also support curriculum development and pursue external funding through programs such as NIH (U24, U01, R25, T32, T35), NSF (NRT, REU), and Gulf Coast Consortium training initiatives.
